looks like a pretty good diet...especially if you have been on this diet and have already gained up to 168 from 140...the only thing i would say is to maybe cut down some of the unhealthy fats...i understand that almonds load on the fat when in actuality some is good fat but say the russian dressing you could instead use a vinagrette or a low-fat dressing instead...same with the coleslaw...other than that i would say keep on it bro...seems like its givin u some nice results...

Yeah, fats are making up over 40% of your diet. That's a bit much

And its not almonds its walnuts. i made an error recording it.

To be honest im a very slender guy, the only noticable fat I have is around my stomach and there is hardly anything there. So for now its ok, if I begin to get a spare tire, then ill look at reducing the 40 % fat.

eating fat doesnt make one fat.

Saturated fat has a higher chance of being incorporated into acutal body fat than any other macronutrient, if there is a calorie surplus.

Looks ok, if you're gaining weight where most of it isn't fat then you're doing fine IMO.

I personally like do 30% Fat, 20% Protein, 50% Carbs. Though it usually ends up 35%f, 25%p, 40%c.

well if you are eating 5000 calories 25% is still over 300grams for a 165lb person
