how's this look for my bulking diet? i'm 230 with about 18-20% body fat

I'd agree too: why don't you try mixing your protein shakes with 2% milk? Or some PB on the crackers? A few cups of 2% would add about 500 cals, I think...

the toasty crackers are those packaged ritz like crackers with pb in between
