Right now I am trying to drop a large amount of body fat while maintaining as much lbm as possible. I am eating around 2200 calories a day, and I weigh 240 lbs. Is this too few, or just right? Thanks for the help.

i would say that that is too low. do some research and find out approximately what maintenence is for your body weight. start by eating about 500 calories less than that. evaluate how that works and add or deduct from there
