Sorry about that... Those measure 16" they have grown from 14" in the past year. I do calf raises just about everytime I go to the gym, I also run on my tippie toes. I will post a before pic shortly

Nice gain in size, but you can't really tell anything from the pictures.

my calves finally blew up on my past m1t cycle...having skinny calves always pissed me off alot. thick calves make you look alot more solid. :swear: chicken legs!!

Thanks guys for the comments.... I have been doing seated calf raises, barbell raises and standing calf raises 3x a week. Not to mention running backwards or on my toes. Im going to post a transformation pic in April. I'm still working with a mad scientist....

How is your seated calf raise rep scheme like? Also weight you move on it?
For my own curiosity.

Those calves look very nice. I do not do calf work though .Mine are worked a little when I do Squats and P.Cleans .

Nice work. It might be better if you post a pic of your calves, as they are now, in the same pose as your before pics. Just to get a better comparison.

I usually do
5 sets
1 set 12 reps of 80 lbs
1 set 10 reps of 90 lbs
1 set 10 reps of 100 lbs
1 set 10 reps of 100lbs
1 set 8 reps of 125 lbs

thanks guys for the comments. To answer the questions, No thats not all I train is just that Im proud of my calves. Im going through a cutting stage right now so I will post in April the final pictures.
