Anyone else on a cutting diet find it hard to sleep due to that hungry feeling? I just lye awake and can't sleep, my body is telling me to get up and eat a roast chicken. I just want to go from 175 down to 165. Any suggestions or experiences appreciated.

It's not hunger but I've found low carbs and/or very low cals gives me insomnia.

I would say eat more EFA's. Fat gives you that satisfaction feeling. Tablespoon some flax, peanut butter, fish oil before bed.

I agree, some whole eggs and some peanutbutter satiate me for a bit

I usually tablespoon some fish oil, cup of cottage cheese and a whole egg before bed. I don't feel hungry at all.
