The site looks good so I figured Id introduce myself. Here are some various pictures of me. Im a little larger now, arms are at 18 3/4 and chest 49". In the pics arms range from 18 1/4 to 18 1/2. Chest Im unsure. I train for strength and size. Legs suck. Heres are my stats and pics:

Current Lifts:
Bench: 400 (Just short of lockout) (405 COMING SOON!!) 225x27 275x17 300x10.5 315x11.75 325x5.5 335x6 365x3.5 (all raw)
Deadlift: 405x12, 510 off the floor, 575 from lowest setting on power rack
Beast Lift (a deadlift with the bar behind the legs): 590 off the floor,730 off the power rack on lowest setting
Incline Barbell Press: 375lbsx1 (raw) 275x13.5 225x20.75 315x6.5 335x3.5

Stats: 5'8 195-200lbs 18 3/4 inch arms (cold and flexed) 49" chest and 26" legs

ThanX all!! Much more response then expected. Appreciate all the encouragement! The reason for all the preacher curl pics is because I usually take alot of pics of each pose and then post the best ones. Problem is, Im not too good at finding the best ones so I posted them all. I feel ****ing small! haha Ive been natural so far aside from supplements. The closest thing Ive taken to AAS is some M1T I got off the internet, but thats only been in the last 6 months, on and off in very low dosages (5-10mg). Ive made some good gains on it though. 3/4 of an inch on the arms alone and bench went up near 30lbs. Aside from that its just been 10 years now of straight training. I was 105-115lbs when I started at 14, couldnt bench the bar without help. I havent been eating nearly as much food as Id like to. I try to force down as much food as possible, never have an appetite, ****ed up nerves and stomache. Seems I can only hold so much do to the condition. I try to maintain atleast 200 grams of protein daily and am not always consistent with that either. Calories probabally around 2000-3000 lately. ThanX brother!! I think its the 40+ sets of benching weekly (thursday flat benching, sunday inclines and shoulders) and shoulder work. My delts seem to thrive on "overtraining". Theyve peaked higher then my biceps now. They were even at one point. KEEP KILLING THAT **** YOURSELF!!

The other link has all posing pics. Arms were 1/2 an inch smaller then they are now though. Ive gained a 1/4 inch since all those pics. No curling pics on that link though! Check out my first response.

Across the board, I'm not a tats or piercings fan; not that it's bad, but it ain't original, edgy or creative anymore. Just about every Joe up & down the block has one or both. Doesn't shock or repulse; just seems pointless & a waste of $. My 1c. Feel free to flame; I don't mind.

My other theory is that your about as big (as the average genetic potential would allow) I include Chris Mason to be also and a few others. Meaning natural ?? any thoughts from you or others., just a realization. Sorry so long and keep Killin dat #####$

ThanX! Appreciate the kind words!! Basically I just meant natural so far. Probabally shouldve just wrote natural. I still consider the M1T fairly natural as its like a strong prohormone. Ive heard it actually is AAS, but I know if I took the real thing Id make some very large gains. Weightlifting and eating so much isnt natural anyway, but basically I mean I havent taken any illegal AAS yet. No prescriptions either. My arms were at 18" before taking the M1T. My bench was at 370 and 315x7, and most of my other lifts were the same. These are my current lifts:

Current Lifts:

Yes, thats where I always did deadlifts. Now I train at delray,west boca, and deerfeild Gold's.

ThanX for the kind words brother!! Much appreciated!! No, I never took any pics of the legs. They ****ing suck! Havent been able to train them too much cuz of my back injuries and now Im not training anything at the moment. I dont really have any future plans. Ive always trained for a mix of size and strength. I plan to take it as far as I can. No competitions likely since Im in it for myself. Id like to keep AAS use to a minimum if I ever go that route. Im sure I can get 20+" arms naturally, since I was right around 19" before these injuries. My intestines dont seem to hold much food, bad stomache. If I really force feed and get my technique down again I might be able to maintain 3-4k calories a day. Could get the protein higher also. I figure for 10 years training I could probabally be a good deal larger, but I was also 105-115lbs when I started and couldnt bench the bar unassisted. Thats probabally why my strength well exceeds my size. My mind is stronger then my body when it comes to lifting weights. So maybe its just all the weight and volume Ive been doing over the years. I was feeling small then and feel really ****ing small now!! haha Sometimes I will take in 130 grams of protein for one meal, but thatll be most of my food intake for the day. Aside from maybe a protein shake and/or my usual 1/2 gallon of milk. Would like to increase it to a gallon a day consistently since milk is the easiest way for me to get calories and protein. Have to get the Lactaid brand though. Cant digest regular. So it gets expensive. ThanX again!! KEEP KILLING THAT ****!!

Welcome to the boards brother!! ThanX for the kind words! Its much appreciated!! Motivates me to get back!! Im guessing my arms were around 10" when I started lifting. After 3 years of straight lifting I got them up to 14" and couldnt wait to hit 16". I figured that would be a "respectable" measurement, and had heard tyson had 16" arms at the time. I wanted 23+ inch arms, but first I wanted to atleast feel a respectable size. Even when my arms were 16", housewives were bigger then me, in my mind. haha Then when I finally hit 16" I felt small again, and wanted 18". Then when I hit 18" the pattern continued and now I need 20" just to be a "respectable" size. Im starting to see that 20" is pretty large but then I start thinking my arms are fat and smooth. It never ****ing ends!! I also used to train with my uncle who had 23" arms at 280lbs. So that puts **** in perspective. I could probabally hold 23" arms at 230lbs, if I continue the same trend of gains. Youll get there brother!! Just keep KILLING that **** and training as hard as you can! The more you can eat the better your gains will be also. Thats always been my biggest set back. Eating is the toughest part for me. Especially with my ****ed up stomache and nerves. Milk is a major help. I dont eat many sit-down meals. I take in 1/2 a gallon to a gallon of milk, lots of peanut butter and cheese,sliced meat throughout the day. LOTS of non cook foods. Not conventional, but I have to get that food in however I can. My calories and protein still arent where Id like them to be. Im usually around 2-3K calories (low) and 200 grams of protein, and only when Im consistent with my diet. Right now since Ive been out the gym 21 days I havent been eating nearly as much. Im also mostly nocturnal. Its 10:30pm here and I just woke up. But the schedule rotates depending when I wake. Ill add a large protein shake to all that food, which I eat throughout the day. I have a refridgerator on my desk. Makes a big difference! Might get one large meal in also. KEEP AT IT!!

ThanX brother!! No real point, just posting what I had. Its difficult for me to find the best pictures since my perspective is ****ed so I just linked those pics. Those preacher pics werent even curling the weight, just holding it in multiple positions after my bench routine. ThanX again!

ThanX alot brother!! Im glad I can fire you up to KILL THAT ****!! That pretty much sums up my training mindset and style. Training is a much needed vent for me, and I cant leave until I feel Ive exhausted myself pretty fully. So theres alot more involved then just strength and size increases. Being out of the gym for over 30 days definately wears on me! haha The longer Im out the stronger the fire burns though. There are some KTS shirts available also, Im pretty sure theyre still being printed. PM me and Ill send you the link if interested. KEEP KILLING THAT ****!!

ThanX for asking! No I havent done AAS yet. Ive just been training for ten straight years. Ive tried many supplements, and just try to eat as much as I can, though I dont eat nearly as much as Id like. I can only hold so much do to a stomach condition. I started when I was 14 at around 105-115lbs and peaked at around 203lbs, same bodyfat as the first pics. The strongest thing Ive taken was low dose M1T. Very low dose. Between 5-10 mgs on and off for 6 months. Basically just a strong prohormone. Made some nice gains on it, but nothing like Id get if I ever went on real AAS. Id like to take it as far as I can without perscription or illegal AAS. When my back heals, I feel I can definately break 20" arms and 50" chest naturally. Itll just take time. I was right around 19" on the arms before this lay off. ThanX again!! KEEP KILLING THAT ****!!

Perhaps you should examine rule #11- http://www.wannabebigforums.com/showthread.php?t=51388.

Also, while some people are perfectly comfortable discussing their use (or non-use) of AAS, some people are not, and so it is insensitive to ask- especially in the manner in which you did so. Furthermore, this topic was already brought up and discussed on the first page of the thread. If you only had that question, and no other comments, then perhaps you should have used that big brain of yours and read the thread before posting a redundant question, particularly when said question was phrased in a manner that was more or less intended to incite anger.
It was simply unnecessary and you deserved to get dealt with harshly.

Appreciate the encouragement brother!! I wish I was that strong at 16! Probabally 195 at the heaviest in the pics. I was up to 203lbs at my heaviest and clothed. Youll be plenty strong JUST KEEP KILLING THAT ****!!
