since im on a push to lower BF%, im trying to be more dietary aware. one thing ive been reading about is Glycemic Index (http://www.glycemicindex.com/) (GI), and it seems to be another good thing to notice about the foods i consume. if i understand correctly, on days im not active, i should try to eat foods with lower GI so as to not build fat from excess glycogen, yes?
i found a list of GI for common foods (http://www.lowglycemicdiet.com/gifoodlist.html) that is helpful. anyone know of any other good resources, or have any information or knowledge of GI?
