Alright In case it matters I'm 14 years old...140 pounds...I just recently hit my bench plateu at 210...at the moment im trying to bulk up...I hear alot of protein is needed...I just dont have anyone to give me the stuff I want to hear...My goal is just to add some mass...Any suggestions would be helpful...Thanks

Read the sticky "what bodybuilders eat" and get a jist of the kind of foods you will want to eat when bulking...it is not limited to those choices though...diet needs to be in order first...then you can start asking about supplements because supplements do nothing without a good diet....i try to get 1-1.5 g of protein per lb. of bodyweight...and you need to step up the effort in the weightroom and keep at it...you aren't gonna turn into the next ronnie coleman overnight and u need to remember that....bulking is like the little train that could...u just gotta keep goin and goin...

At 14 your metabolism is racing so you need to eat alot of everything.
Pick yourself up a weightgainer too, there inexpensive calories.
Unless your 'platue' was over 4months its not a platue.
