I know with certain fish you can only have a certain amount within a month.

Now I am working on losing alot of weight and have to change my diet completley, adding fish to my diet is going to be a big help but I have no clue as to how much I can eat within a month.

My question is how much Salmon and Tuna can I eat within a week? can I have it everyday if I wanted?

The biggest concern comes from farm salmon, there high in mercury,I believe they suggest you limit it to 2 servings per week. But fresh ocean caught salmon is another story ,you can eat much more. You are suspose to watch your tuna consumption as well. But I eat alot of tuna everyday. Hmmmmmm now that I think about it maybe that's why my kids are severly deformed.................

I recentley have been doing my shopping at Trader Joes due to the many different organic foods they carry.
I noticed that there Salmon had a much better taste then the salmon I bought at Ralphs.

Unfortunatly the ones I get from Joe's are Farm Raised.

Picked up some Flax Seed chips (Highley Reccomended!)
