i figured it's about time to start an online journal. i'm not really bulking or cutting. i'm just doing that slow muscle gain slow fat loss thang right now.
i will start recording my workouts on tuesday. right now here are my workout goals for tuesday. btw i'm currently on wbb1 and taking creatine and nitrean.
Bench:
140: 2x7
incline Bench (db):
55x8
60x6
Deadlift:
245 2x8
dips:
2x10 (my chest is usually so done by now, i do these last)
Pullups:
i suck here. just as many as i can squeeze out. i'll try to get about 6
pulldowns:
135 2x6
Rows:
2x6 85
i'll see here. i can't remember what i did last time so i might be able to pull off a bit more
shrugs(db):
80 x10
hopefully soon i can get some measurements and bodyfat% i know we used to have calipers but i'll probably have to go get new ones.
