You look damn good bro. But I personally think you lats are a weak point. Your back looks good but I think your arms, delts, and traps seem ahead of your lats.

Weighted pullups and chinups, without a doubt. If you're near 200bs BW, you should be aiming for at least +50lb chins for quite a few reps.

Lats need a bit of work, other then that, lookn solid.

I personally feel t-bar, barbell, or machine rows (if done with decent form) are much better for lats and upper back in general, than pulldowns. This is for me personally, others will surely disagree.

I'd have to agree, your arms drawf your lats. I'd still be really happy if that were me though!

He suggested pullups, I suggest rowing movements. Just differing opinions. I say do what you what you progress best at.

Well, of course, you whould be doing both horizontal plane pulls (rows) and vertical plane (pullups); both are critical for good lat development.

Good job, 20 lean #'s will bring up the back and any where else you need to improve.

Delts and arms looking especially thick. Lean also. As for proportions, if thats a concern, Id say the back is slightly overcome by your delt and arm development. KEEP KILLING THAT ****!!
