yeah ryuage is right...ideally u want natty PB where the only ingredient listed is peanuts...cuz if u look at JIF or Peter Pan the ingredient list include partially (or fully) hydrogenated vegetable oil (or different oil) which turn into trans fat...and trans fat=bad....
