is it okay to drink a cup of milk in the morning, half a litre in the afternoon and another half before going to bed? i'm allergic to lactose, so i don't know if i should drink more than so.
moreover, sometimes when i'm thirsty, i drink milk instead of water, is it ok?

hmm yes it alright but it depends more if your on a bulk or a cut, i drink a lot of milk for the casein protein but im on a bulk...milk ha a good amount of sugar/carbs so if your on a cut it would be a little less logical to drink a lot of milk...

I must of missed something here... if you lactose intolerant... why are you even drinking it in the first place?

If it aids in your gains and you have no averse reaction to it then there should be no problem. Milk is a staple of my diet and I think it will benefit your bulk. Good luck.
