Ok, so in my Anatomical Kinesiology class tonite, we were examining muscles of the shoulder joint and shoulder girdle. Thus, us guys were taking our shirts off.... We had to partner up in order to palpate the muscles. (find'em) My partner (22% BF, Olympic Lifter) says to me once I get my shirt off, "Hey you got quite a ways to go on your chest there." Then I glance over and see this other guy who more than likely eats like crapp, and doesn't train hardly at all, has about 8-10% bf, 5'8" and about 170....whats he got? Good Trap development, lats that aren't to shabby and a nice chest.. WTF? I'm ****ed by this point.
Then we go down to the weight room and we're looking at the back muscles when someone does a behind the neck pulldown... A couple chicks go, and then that d00d (that spelling is thanks to Twiz by the way :D) I told you about above with the traps gets down and does it and everyone is like "ooooooooooooooo" Next another guy goes ( a little bigger) and the same ****in reaction! Know what? **** all you ****in mesomorphic ****s that don't do $hit and have a body. Look at all the ****in hard work we put in each and every week.... we work out when we're sick, we work out when we're injured (me :D), we work out when we don't want to, we MAKE the time to lift. We don't have excuses to NOT workout! We just do it!
