Well you sure as hell don't look 46. I'm 10 years younger and I'd be happy to look as good as you!

You look very good for 46, impressive bro. Your bodyfat is slightly high to get a full account of your muscle development, especially nice chest though. Lets see some legs and back. Your built very well.

I agree you look good, regardless of age.
I think you have a perfect base and that adding on 15-20 pounds of muscle will make you look outstanding.
Shoulder and trap development are gonna be important!

THANKS! I know I keep beating myself in the head :bash:

but that also gives me the Determiniation to getting better - stronger - bigger - I started working out at 38 yo - and been at it ever sence - just missing a day here and there - not much.

I get to the gym 5 days a week , and in the past 8 years of working out - I've only missed about 15-20 days at the gym.

Hearing inspiration on forums like this helps me out allot! Keeps me FOCUSED!

THANKS AGAIN!

I gotta agree the others. You don't look 46 years old, but your physique is good, I do see room for improvement. Perhaps a bulking stage of 15 to 25 pounds and a small cut afterwards.

WOW!!! I really didn't expect the complaments from fellow bodybuilders - yeah the regular guy in my office - who doesn't do s##t. but Not you guys -- Now I'm even more determined to keep it up!.

my immediate goal is to gain 10-15 lbs after which, I'll try to CUT. Just want to make sure I have something to CUT into! - Never did a cutting phase, so I'm not sure where to start with that - that, I'm gonna need HELP with BIG TIME! it took me this long (8 years) to go from 135 to 165.

So at 175 - I should (WILL!!! ) be able to CUT!! So I guess it looks like another summer of trying to get BIGGER.

Sounds to me like diet is your problem. Get that in order and put on 30 quality pounds in 8 months, not 8 years. Visit the diet section of these forums.

He may not be gaining as fast as some here, and maybe his gains could have been better in the past. But keep it mind he's been doing this a while and he's 46. His test levels may not be as high as yours. If by quality weight you mean muscle then your kidding yourself. I'm 23 and after training for 5 years I couldnt put on 30lbs of muscle in 8 months, especially at 5'8.

Honestly, you look good. Do you look damn good? No, that's me. Look at my signature for proof. Just kidding. Seriously speaking, to look 'damn good' you need to have a low bodyfat, the lower the better, IMO. On that picture, you look about 13-14%, hence the rating of 'look good'.

No I did not mean all muscle. Maybe my numbers weren't accurate for him at all. Point being that 8 years to gain 30 pounds means you are doing something wrong with the diet.
