I tried to mix the protein shakes like the way it says to on the tub...is there something im missing here...Why does it have the consistancy of wet dirt? Any way to make this better would be most helpful im willing to try anything...

oh yeah more water...and as for rik-s Thanks but no thanks man...strawberries dont sit well with me...what about brand now? Anyone that you guys have had that is protein packed and tastes decent?

I like ON 100% Whey, if you throw in fruit, make sure you have it frozen first, then milk and some ice cubes, comes out with the consistency of a milkshake. Also, if you use oats, soak them in the milk or water first.

My fav is chocolate whey, frozen banana, 1 cup skim milk, bunch of ice cubes, 1/2 cup oats. Big shake, but it tastes sooo good.

I'm with you, I like ON 100% Whey too. I also like your recipe except it's missing one thing.... A HUGE SPOONFUL OF NATTY PB!!!!! Get it right.

oh and one more thing...you guys dont get sick by any chance after drinking a shake do you? Because serving size 1 scoop and I put 2 to save sometime...and damn it did not sit well with me today...

slamming a protein drink will always leave me bloated and uneasy for about 10 or so minutes. then im back to normal.

as for the taste etc...its just a quick protein fix, not a desert. so just mix it up and chug it down. if you are using it for a snack, then make a smoothie, use the whey, yogurt, milk, fruit, PB. mix all kinds of sh!t together until you find something that works.

for me I prefer any brand that doesnt just clump up into protein chunks. Optimum Nutrition and CostCo's whey have been my mainstay for awhile. someday I will get around to trying some AtLarge products.
