This is just some "gee-wiz" info, but for my Prnciples of Nutrition course, we were assigned to keep track of all fluid intake (in mL or ounces) for two days, and one weekend day.

So far I am over 3 liters, averaging 1 liter for every 3 hours. I haven't counted my milk intake yet. At this rate, I will take in 1.6 gallons of water by 12 o'clock tonight. But with everything I drink during and after my workout, this may jump up considerably.

Anyone else ever done (or had to do) this?
