I usually take a whey protein shake mixed with a cup and a half of skim milk. On the weekends when I go out and don't come in till anywhere from 1am-3am and really hungry I'll eat a salad with baked chicken cut up in it.

steak, chicken, tun, casein, eggs, albumen powder...
Anything with protein and minimal carbs [if you believe in the whole carbs before bed idea.]
I usually have a can of tuna and a glass of milk

I forgot to mention, any 'complex' protein [ie whey is not that good - digests too quick.]

I actually feel better in the morning, more refreshed and recouvered if I do eat a lot of carbs. So for me it'd be a large ish meal of chicken/steak and rice.

As of late I've been drinking a quart of chocolate milk before I go to bed. On days I work out I drink like a 32 oz protein shake.

Yea for real, I'm a skinny kid, until I get some meat on my bones I'm doing all I can to gain weight. My shake usually has around 70 grams of protein I would say, or somewhere around there. Its a blend of alot of stuff. Its about 1000 calories.
