meal2- cookies(****!!!!), ****load of cottage cheese, two scoops rice, macaroni salad, cucumbers, chicken, 1scoop whey

meal4- lots of chicken, and beef, bell peppers, two cups milk, refried beans, salad
meal5- 1scoop whey, tribulus, ecdysterone

Training

1/2mile warm up
8 wind sprints
200m sprint
13minutes of Intervals on bike

Bw squats- 100reps
Back pulls- 100reps
Pushups- 100reps
