looking large man, great work!

01-18-2005, 11:20 PM
the first thing I noticed was that your biceps overpowered the rest a bit....otherwise..you're posing is pretty good...and you look thick

01-18-2005, 11:30 PM
Manveet: Thanks
Gabrielle: Thank you to you as well....gotta stop working those biceps

01-18-2005, 11:40 PM
you don't have to take it to heart...it is just a vague observation..if you halved or tripled your bodyfat..that would be a more accurate way of observing...I could be totally wrong and maybe it is the pose or the picture that gives me the impression..anyways..enough rambling...you should think about competing on a bodybuilding stage sometime if you haven't already..you have a great physique

01-18-2005, 11:50 PM
Arms definitely stand out the most. Looking great.

01-19-2005, 12:07 AM
looking solid man..nice work

01-19-2005, 01:17 AM
Gabrielle: Thanks for your compliments, as far as competing...I would love to one day. We will see how training goes. How about yourself ? Have you ever competed before ?

Beast: Thanks man!

illazz1own:I have seen your pics..your looking great ...keep it up, and thanks.

01-19-2005, 04:18 AM
lol, was that before or after the bank job!!! :D

Looking superb bro, nice thickness all round. What kind of goals do you have set both long term and short term?

01-19-2005, 05:09 AM
Oi Big Ron thats uncalled for. I don't care if you were joking thats discrimanatory talk!

Hey 500squat you look almost as big as 50cent.:)

01-19-2005, 06:59 AM
looking solid, laughing at the beanie over the head though haha, you ashamed? :)

01-19-2005, 08:07 AM
getfit:Thanks alot...I'm trying to find that spark inside.
lilmase1153:Nuff respect....thanks bro! Those PR'S are great...keep it up.
Big-Ron:I'm assuming it was all in good fun, that's why I'm not on the plane to england, your forgived...lol! Thanks for the compliments, as far as goals I weigh around 192 and the heaviest I have been was 198....I want to be 210-215. I'm a hardgainer but I will continue to try and reach it. I also want a max bench of 405(currently at 350) and a max sqaut of 6 plates(I have done 5)

The_Brick:Thanks a million....the world needs more people like yourself...nuff respect!
ryuage:me..ashamed,never! Just probably had the ugly face on flexing and didn't want to show it...ask getfit she is a friend of mine!

01-19-2005, 02:25 PM
sorry! i was only referring to the hat over the face. Nothing else in it, straight up dude. Ask any of the other guys and they'll tell u i was just joking :)

Goals sound very achieveable and realistic and by the looks of things you'll be there very soon. How long did it take you to build up to a bench of 350?

take it easy dude

01-19-2005, 02:32 PM
Excellent power, agree about the arms being a little ahead. Just another thing to keep you training, right. Never seen the beanie touch, made me chuckle.

01-19-2005, 02:41 PM
Big-Ron: I know you were joking...so was I...It took me a long time to build up my bench to 350. I'm 31 and have been lifting on and off since I was 21...but, only got a little serious into it at 26. I was busy playing football....we cool..I wasn't mad at all!

My chest developement is weak....I have a fairly strong(350 bench) but I cant get that big chest look that I want. I do bench, incline barbells and dumbells and flys in my chest routine. Does anyone have an exercise that really helps bring out their chest.....I need more developement.....thanks

The first thing I noticed, being a fighter, was those big ol' knuckles. Nice, intimidating fists.

Looking thick, of course- nice job!

Organichu: I laughed at fists comments....i have used them on the street a few times...lol.Thanks man!
