Just joined the forum.... so far i am very happy with all the xtra knowledge i am gaining. i read the sticky on what a body builder eats. there are some things very clear and there are something that arent. I know when cutting, for protein to try and eat about 1g/lb of body weight. but what about fats and carbs? about how many grams in a day of each? How important if adding about 10-15 g of fiber to ur cutting diet? Veggies are ok to eat while cutting too right? Thanks alot guys in advance. i will def be starting a journal to let u guys know how i am doing in my progress from week to week. i think i'll b sticking around. btw. it says to multiply your weight by 12 to get the number of desired calories.... so lets say 180 x 12 = 2160 calories a day. Now is this what i should take in every day or do i subtract 500 from this number to start my cut?
