I am on a wieght cut right now, Low calorie and semi low carb. I work from 4pm-12:30am in the morning and i have my dinner break around 8pm. I eat a peanut butter sandwich and a few crackers. By around 11pm i start feeling hungry, I hold it and try to ignore it. By the time i get home, its 1:30am and im starving and every night i end up benge eating. Its killing my diet and upsets me . I've lost 75lbs in the past year or so. I'm trying to cut more weight and then go on a bulk cycle and gain Muscle mass. Any suggestions would be great. Thanx

how big are you? (lbs and bf please) just want an idea of how pig a pb sandwich is to you. (i'm assuming that's natural peanut butter on whole grain or wheat bread right?)

Can you bring a protein bar to work? Or why not bring a second sandwhich, and eat that a little bit after you start getting the hunger pangs?

Wow, thanx to all the replies. Here are my stats and my current diet.

6'00@187 lbs

My diet is really just a low calorie and semi low carb. I'm trying to cut some more weight. Here is what i eat on a basic day.

Breakfast/Pre Workout
Banana
1 glass of NO-Xplode ( sorry for the people that dont agree)

1 hr of weightlifting and cardio

Lunch/Post workout
1 8 oz can of tuna
1 tbsp of mayo
2 slices of ww bread
1-2 oz of Reduced Fat cheese
1 glass of Whey Protein w/half banana

Dinner
3-4 of some sort of wheat cracker
2 tbsps of Peanut Butter
2 slices of ww bread

My work schedule is always 4:00pm-12:30am.

Ok, so last night when i got home from work, it was about 1am in the morning. I was pretty hungry, so I ate half of a peanut butter sandwhich. This belive it or not, satisfied my hunger. I feel right to sleep.

I have'nt really calculated the calories. I will do that and post soon. I guess I should figure out how many calories to have in one day. I did this diet for 1 week and lost about 4 lbs.

If it was only the first week a good deal was probably water, but if you keep losing 4 lbs per weer you'll end up losing a lot of muscle and your metabolism will slow down to a crawl

first of all figure how many calories are you consuming now and adjust them so that you lose 1-1.5 lbs per week

5-6 meals a day

cottage cheese is a good, filling snack for the portion size
