your arms are way to big for your body especially in the side show, your arm almost is the width of your side. Still, nice freaking arms dude, ACE.

how much can you strict curl ?

Back against a wall I can do 9x44kg but the Curl is not my main exercise for biceps, I mostly do supinated Chins 10x106kg (BW+WEIGHT).


your arms are way to big for your body especially in the side show, your arm almost is the width of your side

I think it's the pic which gives this illusion but I have a very small chest and waist too.

as everyone has said nice arms... but what about the rest of your body? you know legs, chest, back.... im sure with those chins you proably have a nice back..

I don't realy have a biceps workout, I only do 4 exercises Chins/Dips and Dead/Squat, 1-2 sets of 9-10 per exercise. Sometimes I add a set of Barbell Curl 1x9-10 to failure.

For the Upper Body, the Frequency vary from High (1/1 day or 1/2 days) to low (1/5 days or less). Lower Body for maintenance, each exercise once every 14 days.

I took pics different days of january. I did my lat spread too bent, it gives the illusion of a wider back than normal.

Yep my Chest is THE lagging bodypart, I did bench, dips, flyes well nothing seems to work except slowly adding weight to the bar. :whiner:

yea man lol it looks werid i mean looks fake lOL but yea i think if u bend it creates the ilusion but yea man same with me my chest lacks..ive treid a lot of stuff too but wut i noticed has helped is incorporatinog both dumbells and barbells doing the barbells first thent eh dumbell exerciese
