Should your post workout meal be your largest meal of the day?

If not, which meal should be?

Well, I never really acknowledge "meals" per se, but it would be more advantageous to eat the bulk of your calories in a day after your workout. How much of an advantage would that be? I wouldn't know.

Personally, I think one should worry more about overall calories, as opposed to how big meals should be, or when to eat them, or what food should, or shouldn't be combined.

Here's my post workout meal for today. 600 calorie, 42g protein, 108g carbs weight-gainer shake; 1 junior bacon cheeseburger, 1 baked potato w/ cheese and bacon, 20oz soda. How am I doing as far as calorie/protein intake on that meal? Good, bad? I'm 5'10" 150lbs.

PWO I have the most calories of all my days feedings, but its a shake so I wouldn't call it a meal.
For meals, Breakfast and after pwo would be my largest.
