1/2 cup oatmeal, 1 scoop protein powder, 1 egg and 5 egg whites. Hmmm... it was a bit on the plain side so I topped it with a little splenda and sugar free syrup. It was still blaahhh!!

id rather jsut make that a shake and take it down then have pancake out of it, jsut add some milk id think, or water

Try adding some cinammon.

// edit - The first time I tried it, I thought the same thing - it was extremely bland. However, after a few tastes I got used to it and it is much easier and faster for me in the morning.
