I noticed at work that they now have sunflower kernels in the vending machine. Those are about the healthiest thing in there, I think. Are sunflower kernels good for a bulking diet? They seem to be pretty calorie dense with lots of protein, but also have a lot of fat. Was wondering if they were as good as peanuts or other kinds of nuts for overall nutritional value.

Your getting CLA fats which in some studies have shown to help burn fat.

yes in your caloric need of course.
