im not sure if this has been mentioned, i took a quick check of search.

heres my question, im now drinking 2.5 pints of milk a day, thats 125% of my phosphorus daily value. now im assuming these %'s actually are mins, but still, i eat other sources of phosphourus throughout the day. this is the same with some other stuff. so my question is this, at what point are some of these nutrients dangerous?

You'll be fine. I think that the only Vit/minerals that are dangerous in high amounts are iron and a few others. I read that B-vitamins can be dangerous but only in like the 10,000% levels. When it was discovered that b-vitamins helped fight off colds people went a little crazy

given how badly we have depleted the minerals in our food I really doubt you will ever run into any problems

a bushel of grain from 1930 had 150x the mineral content of a bushel from 2002

monocropping and nitrogen based fertilizers are heavy culprits here along with the devils brew of chemicals employed by big-Agra
