Before is 6"1", 190 lbs.; after is 210...comments please.

Can someone critique this routine also?

Day 1: Chest & Tri
4 x 8 flat DB bench
4 x 8 decline DB fly
4 x 8 cable tricep pushdown
4 x 8 close grip bench

Day 2: Back & Bis
5 x 8 Lat pulldown
4 x 8 DB rows
4 x 8 BB curl
3 x 10 DB curl
4 x 8 reverse forearm curl
4 x 8 forearm curl

Day 3: Shoulders & Legs
4 x 8 DB press
4 x 8 DB lateral raise
3 x 10 BB shrugs
5 x 8 squat
4 x 10 calf raise

Day 4 & 5 off
Abs every other day; 4 x 10 weighted crunch

very impressive for 6weeks! were you using AAS?

try doing close grip bench on a seperate day from chest, when you're recovered...not necessery of course just a personal preference.

regardless....looking awesome keep at whatever you're doing

20lbs in 6 weeks without any noticable fat gain requires assistance. 3+lbs a week is rough.
