Just a quick Q,

Should dinner be my smallest meal of the day (other than the last one before bed)? I'm currently on a cut [Roughly 2000-2200 cals | 50g fat | 225g carbs | 230g Protein] I work out after school at about 3:00 and end at 4:00. Would a dinner consisting of 0-10g carbs be optimal?

My two biggest meals are breakfast and PWO(whey shake and 1-2 rice cakes | 1 hour later: 1 cup brown rice, 4 oz chicken, 1-2 cups of veggies)

no i would say you should eat more for dinner seeing its probley right after your workout you need to feed them muscles after a hard day at the gym

I posted what I eat post workout. That meal is usually at 4:45-5:00. Dinner usually just about 7:00, and last meal at 9:00.

I hope you're going to bed no later than 9:30pm or so if you're choosing to stop eating at 9.

As for the size of your dinner, it's basically irrelevant.
