Just a quick Q,
Should dinner be my smallest meal of the day (other than the last one before bed)? I'm currently on a cut [Roughly 2000-2200 cals | 50g fat | 225g carbs | 230g Protein] I work out after school at about 3:00 and end at 4:00. Would a dinner consisting of 0-10g carbs be optimal?
My two biggest meals are breakfast and PWO(whey shake and 1-2 rice cakes | 1 hour later: 1 cup brown rice, 4 oz chicken, 1-2 cups of veggies)
