I just bought tuna in vegetable oil because it was cheaper. But which is better for you (mercury aside) tuna in vegetable oil or tuna in water?
I'm saying water. You never hear magazines suggest tuna in oil. Granted I'm not a nutrition freak, but i think tuna in natural water is the way to go.

I buy mine in water and then add 1 tablespoon of olive oil per can. That way I know I'm eating good fats, who knows what kind of oil they use. If it's cheaper there's gotta be a reason for it.
