I have been brainstorming a good breakfast shake. Being in school I usually just skip breakfast. I am not all that concerned with muscle gain, as I am just trying to lose weight. I typically eat only 3 times a day with lunch and dinner being chicken, some veggies and a sweet potatoe. I want to come up with a healthy, tasty drink to get me through till lunch. I was thinking maybe 12 onces of milk, half cup of dry quaker oats, a couple servings of natural peanut butter and some ice. Blend that all up and try to get a balanced shake type thing. Can anyone else recommend some good ingredients to add to this, or will this even work?

Why not just a MRP shake? Like Opticen or the numerous others out there quick, easy, and healthy

if your trying to lose weight then you def. want to eat breakfast and eat about every 3 hours. that revs up your metabolism and keeps it going all day.
