I have been brainstorming a good breakfast shake. Being in school I usually just skip breakfast. I am not all that concerned with muscle gain, as I am just trying to lose weight. I typically eat only 3 times a day with lunch and dinner being chicken, some veggies and a sweet potatoe. I want to come up with a healthy, tasty drink to get me through till lunch. I was thinking maybe 12 onces of milk, half cup of dry quaker oats, a couple servings of natural peanut butter and some ice. Blend that all up and try to get a balanced shake type thing. Can anyone else recommend some good ingredients to add to this, or will this even work?
