What's something that I'll be able to go pick up from the grocery store to eat. I'm tired of eating tuna.... Any suggestions. The only thing that I have at work is a microwave.

Do they sell hot chicken at your grocery store?
If so, get a chicken breast:drooling:

as long as those strips are not breaded, they would be okay... but the chicken breast would be the best.

I like to buy a big bag of boneless skinless breasts and make chicken sandwiches on wheat with lettuce, tomato, and mayonaise. And lots of tobasco! it's really good

If it all they have then , yes.
Chicken breast is ideal though. For nutrition and most importantly taste!

chicken strips are okay depending on your current state (bulking, cutting etc.) they aren't the best but every once in a while some good chicken strips are nice....but sometimes they sell rotisserie chicken at the grocery store... :drooling:

bonless chicken breast, used to make it everyday on the george foreman(sp) grill, but usually was too dry. recently i have been marinating it overnite, then added a few spices, slices it into thin strips and using fat free PAM grilling it on a pan. tastes 1000x better. goes great with a cup of cottage cheese and some carrots.

I have a super walmart around the corner so they sell fried and baked chicken. Should I go for the baked over fried?

yes u should go for the baked over fried...fried adds a lot of bad cals and bad fats...baked is much more healthy...even though a good fried chicken breast (like my mom makes....boneless skinless chicken breasts with the fat hand trimmed, dunked in egg beaters, then fresh bread crumbs and pan fried in olive oil...wow the best meal EVER)....but baked is always better than fried...
