wow. hes pretty big, but his squat needs to go up another 100lbs or so if he wants to be an elite shw.

Those lifts were done in the USPF, single ply poly gear only and under strict judging. Siders has the biggest totals in history in the IPF (single ply poly gear, drug tested, over 20 year old federation and over 90 countries participating), the USAPL (single ply poly gear, drug tested) and the USPF (single ply poly gear and untested.) He recently broke both of Bill Kazmaier's total records in the same federations the records were set in, instead of these "all time" record claims. He's not only elite, but he's ranked by the top pros (like Eddy Coan) as one of the absolute greatest of all time. Totals and individual lift numbers can drastically change when the rules change. I've seen guys who bench 800 pounds barely break 700 when the rules change and I've seen 1,000+ pound squatters max out around 900 under different conditions. Limits on powerlifting gear and strictness on hitting depth can change a squat by 10-20% poundage wise easy.

You might want to look up what 'Elite' is in the USAPL.

A walked out, single ply USPL or USAPL/IPF judged squat of over 900 pounds is amazing. He makes it look like a 405 squat. A 700+ bench is also incredible, and again, he makes it look easy

A good way to compare is the deadlift - and he's pullin what a lot of those 1000+ APF/WPO/IPA squatters are.

i wanna be able to lift insane weights without gainin too much weight..im 6'0 and 180lbs..i dont wanna weigh more than 200lbs..and i wanna be able to bench squat and deadlift ridiculous weights..like bench over 500, squat 600 and deadlift 700

im sick and tired of liftin mediocre weights...i wanna be so strong that i can take part in the worlds strongest man contest at 200lbs bodyweight

okay..time to wake up now

He is second strongest in Canada
