Ive been lifting now for about 6 months straight, but off and on before that for about 3 years... Im just posting some pics of myself to show what i look like right now, i was looking maybe to get tips and pointers to improve my body the quickest. I am 5' 8'' and weight about 200....I want to get to 185 by mid march or so.... and be cut. let me know what u think and let me know what some fast ways to tone are... or let me know what the best supplements are for someone like me...

well i start off eating lunch, because i dont get up for breakfast, i go to college so i got to bed late and get up late... so anyway, lunch consist of usually a small salad along with probably 4 eggs (whites only) and a tuna sanwich sometimes raw depedning on if i make it myself or if i order it, for dinner i usually some kind of fish or meat, and i have another small salad, a vegtable, and probbaly a banana. thats about it, usually if i get hungry a night, i might eat another can of tuna raw, or i will have some kind of fruit. Thats basically what i eat everyday....

you look pretty good.
read the sticky about what a bodybuilder eats. you should try to eat more meals a day. aim for 5 or 6 if possible, the more often you eat, the higher your metabolism will be throughout the day. make it a point to at least eat something for breakfast every day. i don't know what your lifting routine is, but i would suggest wbb1. also some cardio 4-5 days a week. there aren't any miracle supplements to make you get cut. start with hard work and a clean diet. if you get stuck(hit a plateau), try adding cardio, adjusting what you eat, or adding a thermogenic
oh yeah, and you need to cook the eggwhites to get the protein out of them

Definitely eat breakfast. If you drop some bodyfat and get some more size to those lats, you're going to have a pretty nice lat spread.

I agree with all of above. You look very good and a nice clean cut will go along way, it also helps that you have a cute face, that resembles my exes face a little bit too much. Keep posting the pictures!

thx again, my routine right now, i usually do chest/back about 2 days a week, shoulders, arms, forearms, tris, and bis, 2 days a week, and legs 2 more days a week, which gives me 6 days a week total, and sometimes when i get bored, i usually hit up the gym again, and maybe do more chest/back... so sometimes, i am in there 8 timesa week, and for cardio, i try to use the bike for about 30 min a day but it doesnt happen very much....

if you want to get cut, you SHOULD do cardio more often than that

yeah im going to start more, im all about getting cut now, no more friggen around...
