Good for bulking or cutting. Doesn't matter as long as the rest of your diet meets your macronutrient needs.

True. The only reason I don't like it for cutting is that it's really not very filling for the high number of calories it provides.

i just went to tyson.com and they have ready to cook steaks that have 2g. of fat and 31 g. of prot and some with 5g. fat and 36 prot. both weight 177gms. thats AWESOME!!

Thing is, the less fat the less calorie-dense it will be. I bought burgers with 25g protein, 8g fat, but it was like 175 less calories than ones that are 28g protein, 20g fat.

i go with 97% lean and get if for 1.75/lb :thumbup:
