Yo
I was wondering if anyone can tell me how splenda, equal etc. affect your metabolism. Is one better than another?

stear clear as much as possible and if you have to use one splenda (sucralose) appears to be the most healthy

in nutrition science they are classified as anti-nutrients meaning they are neither a nutrient or a toxin

I think I remember hearing that eating artifical sweeteners can cause cancer. Is that true?

yes but thats with certain artificial sweeteners splenda has been tested blah blah...and sweet-n-low was the one that caused cancer in mice but they also fed them like 15 lbs. of the stuff a day or some obscene amount....so if u stay in moderation not a problem...
