Hey hey, after some searching & comparisons it looks like Opticen is a good MRP to try.
I just started lifting and would like to keep my calorie consumption around & above 2600cal/day.
But my class schedule doesn't leave me any time for lunch.
With those 2 points, here are my questions:
-On Rest days, when would you recommend consuming a shake or two? After lunch & after dinner? Before lunch?
-Can I premake an Opticen shake in the morning & sip on it as the day progresses? I would say, finishing the shake within 2 hours of it being made, is it ok to have it around for a few hours? Will it go bad?
-I used to take Myoplex and it was pretty good, how does Opticen compare to Myoplex in terms of ease of mixing, taste & overall nutrition?
