I work out in the morning and between my breakfast shake (50g of oatmeal, banana, milk, strawberries) and post workout shake (40g dextrose) I consume a total of 90g of carbs in 3 hours, I'm just wondering if thats too many carbs in a shrot period of time?

My training consists of mainly RT but I do some cardio (30mins 3-5 times a week)

List all the foods in your diet. Give us the breakdown in percentage. And tell us what kind of diet you are following (normal 40:40:20 i presume?) I'm thinking thats not too many carbs since you are consuming them around your workout.
