How do you guys train your neck? I've heard that bridges are dangerous. What I do is I lay my back down on the floor and lift up my head and move it around a lot in different directions. Then, I get up on my hands and knees and do some more neck curls and what not.

A lot of people like wrapping a towel around their neck and holding it with their hands, while moving their neck to provide for resistance.
At some gyms especially ones that have many football players, they have a machine specifically for your neck. You can do weighted neck curls both front/rear and left/right

I've never done neck exercises but mine has grown about an inch and a half just with shrugs and deadlifts.
