That's what I'm thinking.. I remember when he started. Either I have no conception of time, or it was not that long ago.

it took about 4-5 months
im cuttin to 150 right now and goin to bulk up to 200

Dang dude, I can't believe you gained that much in such little of time.

What's your eating routine like?

I pound down like half a carton of eggs a day, loaf of bread, and 2-3 cans of tuna, and a ****load of pecans.

I'm at 171 or so.. I need to start bulking up even more!

Nice gains so far. What's your max bench/deadlift/squat?

EDIT: curious what the prohormone thing is, you aren't taking them are you? o.O

my diet was pretty much the same

meal1- 2c oats 7 egg whites
meal2- 2 scoop whey 10 tbsp dex
meal3-1.25c rice dry measure, 8oz meat
meal4-1.25c oats , 8oz chicken
meal5- same as 4
meal6-1.5 scoop casein, 2 tbsp pb

and brocolli is in each meal except 1 ,2 and 6

never maxed before but
squat 225x6 (ass to grass)
bench 175x6(touch chest)
deadlift 300x5

Looking a lot thicker man. Are you going to play High School football man? Keep bulking and you can put some fear into some people on the field. I know how big some of those football players are in Hawaii. Good job man.

i am almost done cutting i have 1 more week im about 9% bf now give or take 1% .then imon to the 365 day bulk :clap:

Wow, simply wow. Wish I knew this much about weightlifting when I was that young. You are going to set up a nice metabolism for life man. Keep it up.
