how much water do u drink each day?
how much do u drink while working out?

i have a 2 gallon rubbermaid cube on my desk with a faucet on it w/ a lemon cut in half floating inside. i refill it every 2 days. i love room temp. water, cant stand cold water. while working out, i have a 1 liter bottle that i must fill 3-4 time during a 1 hour workout. its just a habit that i haf that i must drink a lot while working out. then before bed i drink about 16 ounces (i call it a personal alarm clock, b/c usually after 8 hours i have to piss bad and it wakes me up, otherwise il sleep in)

Maybe 1-2litres a day, if even that much.

I drink a lot more water when dieting.

I drink 1.5 gallons a day. During my workout I usually have 1 liter. I try to drink a bulk of my water in the earlier part of the day b/c if I have a lot after 10 pm or so I have to use the bathroom every 2 hours in the middle of the night.

I drink at least a gallon throughout the day.

I remember reading somewhere (not sure of the source) that if you drink cold water it actully burns calories because your body has to use more energy to heat it up. I may just be speaking out of my 2day hunover arse though...
