I'm 5'10 and a bit and weigh about 157lbs just coming out of a cut and want to bulk. I was just wondering what my diet should be.

Please feel free to edit the following schedule:

Breakfast - Oatmeal/grilled cheese sandwich
Snack - dry fruits/nuts
Lunch - 2 Lean chicken and turkey (protein rich) sandwich
Snack - apple
Dinner - Chicken breast roasted with rice and vegetables (brocolli, green peppers, onions, mushrooms, etc). Some times no rice but chicken with tortilla
Snack - yogurt/vegetables
Load of water akll throughout the day.
I try to keep an intake of 2200 cals per day 130g prot, 220carbs, 50-70g of fat. I wanted to make some changes to my diet. I was wondering if some one can help me out. I was looking for high protein and low carb economical options.
