Check with the chicken! I alway's go with 80 cals per egg. It's not going to matter if your out by a few, unless your eating 100 of them a day.

i usually go with about 75-80 cals 5 grams fat 6 grams protein trace carbs

Weight lifters get to anal about things. You can track your calls and add everything up which is great, but its still nearly a shot in the dark. Unless you want to start addding up all you physical activity for the day too. Start counting steps.
