im 117, and 5 foot 6

breakfast-grlled cheese-water
snack-frosted flakes
lunch-chicken sandwich-water
then later on i ate two turkey and cheese sandwiches-orange juice
dinner-pork chops and rice-water

can i afford to eat some more frosted flakes or just stop

what are you trying to do, bulk or cut? if your bulking I would say you eat 2X as much as you did
Edit *at your weight and height I hope to god your bulking, so yeah eat 2-3 times as much

eh im picky g.f i dont eat veggies...i mean for a kid thatz 117 i do have a stalky body frame so i mean if you were to see me with my shirt off the illusion will make it look like i weigh 140 so dont picture me and some skin and bones...but thanx

just dont like 'em im that picky...now if im bulking and im not lifting heavy weights will it make any significant difference? and how often should i do the situps a week?

2-3 times a week no need to do more then that? just outta curiosity do you train at all not sure if you posted wether you train or not!

u need the vitamins and minerals in the veggies man...a multivitamin (if you are takin one) doesn't do the same thing....u should just man up and shove em down....and yes eat moooorrreeee....

i do chest 3 days a week and arms 3 days a week...i do train...im thicker than what i sound to be like, i work legs, back and all i usually did 400-500 situps everyday for the last 8 months

im supposevily getting a digital soon...ill be back in a couple hours ima watch a movie and eat some cereal and a nice glass of cold milk

Iv'e never ate cereal in years, I don't see you people can eat that ****, lol. Btw I don't think a grilled cheese is a great idea, well not for breakfast, try eggs and oatmeal maybe? :)

I know you're only 117lbs, but you need to eat more than that. I could half of that in one meal. Your last meal, 2 pork chops plus rice isn't bad. Make sure that's a nice helping of rice and you could replace the water with a huge glass of milk for protein. Add in anything you can think of for extra calories. Get a protein or weight gainer mix and start making shakes with the powder + peanut butter + olive oil + milk. Read the thread in the diet forum called "what a bodybuilder eats."
