View Full Version : Back to the gym after the holiday

Ok guys...I'm back at it. Although it's been a good 2 months! Dec and January. After this weekend (Superbowl Sunday), I'm in it for real.

I'm going real easy and light in the gym this week, sort of waking my muscles up and preparing them.

Looking to eat better though.

Basically my plan is to start with just cutting the crap first. No more fast food, no more candy bars and cake and pie.

I LOVE cold cut sandwiches though, with just the bread, meat and cheese. I don't put condiments. I like cheese sticks, I like hard boiled eggs, I LOVE peanut butter and I like mixed nuts and diet caffine free soda. I eat a lot of chicken and pasta and some lean beef. I like a frozen pizza here and there and a beer or two once a week or so.

Is that bad????????????????

Please let me know. I'm looking to build, but I'm just starting... what do you tihnk?
