View Full Version : My diet and carb Q (with a video!)

My diet is 60% carbs, 30% protein, and 10% fat. I eat about 125-150g of proetin per day, so thats about 250g or so of carbs and around 20g of fat. Is this fine? I know its not a lot of food, but im cutting and i find that i fill up quick even if i dont eat that much.

My second question is on carbs. I tend to eat a lot more percentage wise then most. Is this bad? Should I drop how many carbs i eat and try and eat more protein?

Well first thing you should get arund 1 gram of protein for every pound so for you 198 grams of protien and you need more good fats i you diet try PB olive oil etc.... Try and figure out what your maitence calorie intake is and subract 300 from that and go on from there... you might be eating to little and you could be loosing muscle while your doing this.

what will more fat do for me?

also, im sure im eating more then 1600 cals (or whatever the above works out to) I say its around 2000
