whey protein scoop
cinnamon ( about a tablespoon )
Blend in the blender, cook on stovetop with cooking spray until golden brown flip pancake. Ready in about seven min. Top with Cary's syrup 30 cal for 1/4 cup and no fat also sugar free!!
