View Full Version : The Ultimate PPWO meal

This will sound kinda funky, but this has become my favorite PPWO meal. Don't knock it till you've tried it.........

-Cook some oatmeal
-Stir in half a cup of plain, nonfat yogurt
-Mix in tuna
-Mix in a couple hardboiled egg whites

Adjust how much of each ingredient depending on your calorie needs.

I know it sounds bizarre, but it tastes awesome.

I never really think any food combination sounds bizarre anymore. However, that particular combination souonds disgusting.

If the oats were rice instead, I could see it being decent.

tuna = blah
yogurt = blah
eggs = blah
oatmeal = :thumbup:
my ppwo meal is 2packs of instant oatmeal, 500ml skim milk with 2scoops of whey.

ppwo? post-postworkout? but yes i would have to agree wit vido...that sounds disgusting...but who knows, sometimes the things i say sound disgusting end up tasting delicious...

why make it all in one mix? That's what I eat all the time, just not together
