Alright I was just wondering what was the easiest way to calculate calories. I obviously know the calories that are listed under the nutrition facts for prepackaged things.

I'm talking more about serving sizes - do you guys actually weigh/measure the servings to find out the calories?

And I'm talking about homemade food - steaks, veggies, etc., etc. Do you just look online to find out the caloric values of these foods and add them together?

I have to sign up for that?

I've never actually counted calories before, just ate well. I had my girlfriend counting calories and she was looking stuff up online. Is fitday the best way to do it?

off-topic, but I just found out from that dietfacts.com that the classic double w/ cheese I ate at Wendy's today was almost 700 calories.... that's depressing.
