Measuring BF%

How does everyone here to it. I have some big machine that I stand on and grip two handles...somehow it processes it through the PC and prints out all sorts of info including BF%...just wondering what everyone else does, and how accurate, to a percentage, these are?

I have my trainer do it with a fat caliper. Also I have my body measured with a tape and I get weighed. This tells my Bf% and how much muscle I gained and in what areas. This helps me to know what needs more work to be even.

Musclechic does the best 2 way of measureing.
If possible get somebody else(not you) to measure you with the calipers, try to get the same person everytime.
